    Travel Information

The Stirling Triathlon is centered around the National Swimming Academy in Stirling University It is there that registration takes place. Stirling University is situated a 1/2 mile East of Bridge of Allan on the main road.

From the South (Glasgow and Edinburgh), this can be reached by exiting the M9 at Junction 10. Follow the signs for Stirling, and continue along Drip Road until reaching a large roundabout with a clock tower in the middle. Turn left at this roundabout, go across a bridge and bear right under a railway arch onto Causewayhead Road. At the top of Causewayhead road, turn left at the roundabout and head towards Bridge of Allan. Stirling University is 1/4 mile on the right.

From the East, the roundabout at the top of Causewayhead Road can be reached from either the A907 (Alloa, Dunfermline) or the A91 (Alva, Milnathort), following directions for Bridge of Allan.

From the North (Dunblane, Perth), take the Bridge of Allan turn-off from the A9 at the large roundabout which marks the start of the M9. Continue straight through Bridge of Allan's main street, the university is on the far side of the town on the left hand side.

There are several car parks within the university campus. The main car park is just past the swimming pool on the left hand side. Follow the main road up the hill after entering the university, bear right at the new mini-roundabout, then turn immediate left into the car park. Early arrivals may find the small Pathfoot building car park convenient - this is 1st left , then 1st left again after entering the campus.

    Facilities
There will be full changing and showering facilities available to all athletes within the Gannochy sports complex. There will be snacks and drinks available in the University grounds
