The Duathlon is raced as a run/bike/run format over the following distances: 5km/20km/5km.

The route first used last year takes in some of Scotlands most picturesque scenery. The run starts under the shadow of the Wallace Monument within the grounds of Stirling University.

There are 3 events being held this year;

Scottish Championship - 10K / 40K / 5K
Sprint Duathlon - 5k / 20K / 5K
Junior Duathlon - 1K / 3K / 1K

Adult prize money

Championship Race :
This year is £300, £200, £100 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall in both male and female categories. The fastest splits we have run at our events have created such a great buzz we have decided to make a regular feature. With £25 for fastest run split (1st run only) and fastest bike split also gets £25 - again this is for both male and female categories.

Sprint race :
There will be prize money of £50, £30, £20 male and female overall.
